    this printer is very nice especially not having a drop tray in the front that is big and annoyingly in the way like the touch screen minus all those annoying buttons great for desk top especially since when loading the paper it stands up in the back of the machine unlike our old old one that paper fed thru the slider tray in the front/we have stored under our computer desk where its a little harder to get to the paper filler but no complaints-that’s the only spot for it and it prints great love all the features

    The product should include instructions on how to use its features, i.e. Fax, Scan, such as an owners manual, or at the very least information on how usage can be obtain. Availability on a computer is not sufficient, Consider those that are not very computer savvy.
